I am your misery.

It’s time I introduced myself,  
A little more formally.

I am the feeling that steals your dreams,  
That unravels the mind and picks at the seams.

I am the anguish, the pain and the sorrow.  
I am the reason you fear tomorrow.

I am the nightmares that puncture your dreams,  
The lava that flows in your bloodstream.

I am the reason you’re misunderstood.  
I’m the well of uncried tears.

I am the feeling that will never leave,  
The creator of your fears.
